Fangze Ma

Undergraduate

Fangze Ma is currently pursuing a B.S in Food Science at the University of Minnesota. He works as Research Assistant at Ubbink Lab since Mar.2023. His projects involve in dairy powder analysis, water activity analysis on bread samples and texture analysis. Fangze also interns at General Mills for hydrocolloid viscosity and starch gelatinization study. During spare time, he enjoys exploring new hobbies including fishing, snowboarding, and archery.

Fangze
