Undergraduate
Kuan-Tseng is currently pursuing a B.S. in Chemistry at the University of Minnesota, and her project focuses on creating a meat-like texture in plant-based proteins. This addresses the increasing demand for an authentic meat experience in meat analogs. Outside the lab, her passion lies in exploring various destinations to savor diverse cuisines and immerse herself in different cultures. She finds joy in discovering new cafes and savoring sweet treats paired with coffee and tea.
